Mid-Atlantic Antique Radio Club (MAARC) http://www.maarc.org
MAARC is the primary radio club for the Mid-Atlantic region including Washington, DC, Baltimore, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. They publish RADIO AGE magazine monthly which usually has one to two major feature articles and lots of other good info. The hold monthly meetings in the Washington, DC suburbs mostly at The Davidsonville Family Recreation Center in Davidsonville, MD. They sponsor the RadioActivity radio convention in June and a fall Vintage Hamfest/Radio Swap Meet annually. These events feature major auctions. Regular meetings also generally have significant swap meet activity and a smaller auction. Many MAARC members are also associated with the Radio History Society (RHS) which operates a brick and mortar Radio & Television Museum in Bowie, MD. in the Washington area. The Antique Wireless Association is an organization of some 2,000 members linked by interest in the history of electrical and electronic communications. Once a year, hundreds of AWA members congregate at their major conference near Rochester, New York, to enjoy several days of total immersion in our hobby. The AWA also sponsors other meets and events. Their magazine, The AWA Journal (Old-Timerís Bulletin), is a 72 page, 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" quarterly publication.

Tthe Colorado Radio Collectors Antique Radio Club (CRC) is the only antique radio club in the Rocky Mountain region, and includes members from all over Colorado and adjoining states. Meetings are held on the 2nd Sunday of every other month - January, March, May (3rd Sunday), July, September, and November at 1:00pm. The meetings are usually at the Bemis Public Library, Littleton, Colorado or the Castle Rock, Colorado, Public Library Building. The Delaware Valley Historic Radio Club (DVHRC is dedicated to the collection and preservation of antique radios, televisions, and related items. The DVHRC meets the second Tuesday of each month at the Telford Community Center in Telford, PA, about 25 miles north of Philadelphia. The DVHRC hosts the Kutztown Radio Show at Renningerís Antiques and Farmerís Market in Kutztown, PA. The show is held in May and September, and has grown into the premier radio event in the east.

We are the number one club in the New York Long Island region for collectors of antique and vintage Radios, TV's, Audio Equipment, and assorted electronic equipment.
