Featured Classifieds in Transistor Radios

Here is a very nice Toshiba 6TP-309A 6 transistor radio from 1960.   This radio has a very attractive reverse paint top dial section.  There are no case problems at all other than an exceedingly minor dent in the metal grille.  The chassis is loose though and it could use a couple of screws and an earphone nut.  The radio does work but the tuning capacitor does have some problems.  The leather case is in excellent shape too save for some missing gold leaf from the Toshiba name imprinted on it.  The original owners name is neatly written inside the top of the case flap.  If you once owned on of these and you lived in Taranto, Italy in 1960, your old radio mayhave been found! Actual shipping costs are additional.   Insurance is recommended.  I cannot be held responsible for damage or non-delivery of uninsured items.  I will help in any way that I can with insured items in the unlikely (but real) event that there should there be a problem.
